Above & Beyond I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Discount Tire, especially because of Donni. He truly was a lifesaver! He went above and beyond to help me get the tires I needed when I really needed the help. Donni was kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me rather than just making a sale. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes the time to make sure a customer feels taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. Discount Tire is lucky to have someone like Donni representing their company. I highly recommend going to Discount Tire! Thank you again, Donni, for being such a lifesaver! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 new tires and alignment. Donni greeted me the moment I entered and assisted me until the end. He was very professional and able to answer all my questions. I left feeling like I was take well taken care of and very happy with the experience. I could also tell how much better the truck drives/rides driving home. Thank you Donni and Discount Tire!

Discount Tire stores are the best!! Excellent, quick, friendly help whenever I go there ... usually for an aircheck. My tires were all showing different pounds per square inch eventhough I'd had them checked twice in the past few weeks, possibly due to the hot temperatures. I'm always glad to find the nearest store for a recheck as a great free service. They send you a quick text with each tire's updated status. Proper air pressure helps with better fuel mileage.

Amazing service! Recently got a new set of four tires at another discount tire location. Less than a week after one of them was leaking. I brought my car in to this location and they found a side wall puncture in the tire. They replaced it right then and there with a brand new tire absolutely free of charge. Couldn't be more pleased. I will absolutely be coming here from now on for anything else and recommending them to everyone. Excellent customer service and very efficient.

Performed a flat repair, broke the valve core off in the TPMS stem and then returned it to us with no cap. Rebelance job, left old weights on and installed new weights across from them. This was on a single visit, nonetheless. Good God. Who does the training at this company? This isn't the only discount tire I have seen do this kind of work on a tire balance, either. Rebalance: Remove ALL weights and balance the tire as if new ANY repair: Return in the condition it arrived or if it gets damaged, notify the customer you're going to make sure it gets repaired and returned that way. Sincerely, a former Sears Auto Center tech.
